At Blue Ridge Australian Shepherds, we prioritize the health and happiness of our puppies. Our 72-hour health guarantee. The buyer must have a licened veterinarian perform a vet check on the puppy. Minor treatable issues such as , but not limited to, parasites, coccidiosis, and diarrhea are common issues in puppies, especially under stress of a new environment. These minor treatable issues are not covered by this warranty, even though every effort is made to prvent them. If the puppy does not pass the buyers vet check performed by a licensed veterinarian, the buyer needs to contact us immediately with the 72 hours afore mentioned. The buyer must also supply the seller with a signed statement of health as well as a contact number. If the buyer fails to do so within the 72-hour timeframe, the warranty is null and void. IF the puppy is found to have a genetic defect that is verified by a licensed veterinarian, the buyer may return the puppy at the buyer's expense. The buyer will be given a replacement puppy as soon as one becomes available, no refunds, but you can receive a puppy of the same color and gender. We are not responsible for any veterinary expenses. This contract is valid only between the seller and buyer; if sold to a third party, it becomes void. Our puppies are warranted as pets only, ensuring a loving companion for your family.

Enclosed in your puppy folder are the following:

• A copy of the genetic testening results

• A copy of the certified Pedigree for each parent from the American Kennel Club

• A health record for your puppy that details when and why any and all medical procedures and mediciens and/or treatments were given or preformed

• Registration application for AKC
